[amsat-bb] RUDAK testing started

At about 12/09/2000 17:35 U the RUDAK experiment aboard P3d was powered on 
for the first time.  The RUDAK team in Colorado was able to command it to 
bring up the level on one of its 9k6 modulators and was able to hear it via 
the S2 transmitter.  This is the first step in a long process to test all 
the RUDAK subsystems and eventually the experiments accessed through RUDAK.

Power permitting RUDAK will be on continuously and the downlink available 
when the S2 transmitter is on.  The downlink frequency of the modulator 
currently being tested is 2401.747 MHz.  Other downlinks will likely be 
tested in the next several days.
