[amsat-bb] Keps confusion AO-40 cleared up

Hi all,

NORAD was wrong with the keps #26609 for AO-40.

Ken, N2WWD wrote me: "I advised NORAD to correct the Keplerian elements
for AO-40  #26609."

At the moment we have two sets of elements at www.amsat.org for AO-40
#26609:

In the list "SB KEPS @ AMSAT   $ORB00342.N" - they are wrong by
     circa 45 min. and

at the AO-40 site Ken's set #5 - which (of course) is ok.

Hopefully the next list "SB KEPS @ AMSAT    $ORB349.AMSAT.N"
will be ok too.
