I think most of the controllers, including KCT use a 0 - 5 vdc signal to
reference absolute position. This being the case, building a closed loop
master/slave servo controller with a couple of op-amps should work. Use the
feedback voltage from the main (master) loop as the reference for the
feedback (slave) loop and the systems should track. You could even add a
unity gain opamp buffer to sum in an offset voltage to correct small
calibration differences between the two system.
