Re: AMSAT OSCAR 40 Estimated Keplerian Element Set #5
Obviously, Kep set number eleven is WAY off, by at least a half an hour!
This set has the epoch of 340.8386xxx
I've just checked Ken's set 5 listed below and found it to be right on!
As a matter of interest, the set that has served well for a week with
the epoch of 339.0290 is only one minute late and will still be useful.
The S band beacon came on this morning at 17:55:20 (8 Dec). Ground
station commanding seemed to commence shortly thereafter. Thanks Ken!
