Copied RS-13 today during 1321Z pass with a max elevation of 1 degree in
Nashville, TN. CW telemetry does indicate RS-13. Data copied yesterday was
RS-12.
Will have 40 degree pass at 1500Z.
The "Satellite Handbook says: " RS 12/13 contains several linear
transponders which can be interconnected".
Not sure what that means.
