Try plugging these keps in:
STRV 1C
1 26610U 00072C 00337.02909023 -.00000077 00000-0 00000+0 0 98
2 26610 6.3783 242.3238 7347480 186.3603 152.6817 2.03015472 327
AO-40
1 26609U 00072B 00328.20006944 .00000001 00000-0 12451-4 0 45
2 26609 6.4214 245.2971 7351666 180.5141 180.0042 2.03021569 166
They do seem to match much, much better than what NORAD is posting for
object number 26609. And the time is shifted just a bit from the set #4
keps, and in the right direction. Signals here are so poor that I'm not a
good judge for precise AOS/LOS comparisons, but they seem like a good fit.
I think our friend (I forget his name/call..sorry!!) that posted this the
other day is really on to something.
73,
Mark L. Hammond [N8MH]
