[amsat-bb] Silent Key - Colin Richards, 9M2CR

Dear All,

I have a sad news to convey:

"Colin Richards, 9M2CR passed away yesterday (6th December) in Perth.  He
was 85 and till the end remained a great supporter of AMSAT.  He had a lot
of friends in the satellite community and I thought they would like to know
about the passing away of their  friend.
