                                   A real time stand alone AMSAT-OSCAR 40 
                                           PSK 400 bauds telemetry 
                                       demodulation and decoding software

This software runs under Windows 95-98-2000 or NT and captures via your
computer sound card the 400 bauds PSK telemetry
signal sent by AMSAT-OSCAR 40 satellite.  Complete telemetry decoding is
performed in real time while the audio signal is coming
from your SSB VHF receiver. 

WDECPSK uses one of the most powerful algorithm for PSK demodulation and it is
able to demodulated PSK even with poor signal to
noise ratio not far from the lower theoretical limit. 

This documentation is for version 1.1a including time stamped file saving and
CRC check.

WDECPSK 1.1a is now available for download on the AMSAT-France www server
english page.
