[amsat-bb] Telem Chan #123/291

This is directed to  Stacey, (W4SM) but may be of general interest.

In a previous post you mentioned the #123 Channel value displayed is a 'raw' value. The AMSAT-DL P3D telemetry paper 
further indicates the raw value is  a voltage reading.

Is there no function by which output power may be derived from the channel #123 raw value?

Perhaps this channel/module was characterized at the lab but the equation has thus far not been integrated in to the various 
telemetry applications? 

Just interested in the s/c internals. Enjoyed your comments regarding the SA temps.
