Equipement: 1.2m dish, 2.5 turn helix, preamp, 10m H2000, IC-970

phase  distance  squint  S-meter
 16    15000 km    30°     8
 24    18000 km    40°   0 - 6

Copy of telemetry with DSP-12 acceptable (some 20% CRC errors), 
with G3RUH demod - due to the narrower PLLs - marginal (around 50%).
The magnetorquer was in operation (and the cause of the frequency
jitter).
Frequency of S2 middle beacon: 2401.331 MHz

Both TLEs yield AOS/LOS timings within one minute. Mean motion seems
to be correct to 5 digits.

Great signal - I have to get an attenuator for smaller squint angles ;-)
