[amsat-bb] AO-40 Squint

Howdy,

For those of you running Nova for Windows, I just got a note from Mike, W9IP 
that he changed the squint calculations for AO-40.  The version is 3.1j build 
13 available at the NLSA website.

No need to convert Alon/Alat anymore. :-}
