RE: [amsat-bb] RS-12/13 mode?

It's definitely in mode T, uplink on 15 m (21.260-21.300) and downlink on 2 m (145.860-145.900).  I had several QSO's this weekend on the bird.  Signals were strong on the downlink, with ocassional strong flutter.
