[amsat-bb] AO-40 2.4 beacon

Heard AO-40's 2401.350 beacon at 20:12 UTC, 3/12/00. here in BP40NN. Sig was
S-2 to S4. Freq was a little low at 2401.292  ( no freq. counter, so used best
guess math)

Copyed about 30 seconds using wdecpsk (donation is in the mail ) looks like
gibberish. To many things to do and only two hands. Now that I know where to
look hope to do better job tomorrow.
