[amsat-bb] P3D beacon switching?

Listening to the burble in the background and heard it "hiccup" around 
MA15. Guess the S-band beacon turned on. couldn't confirm it cause my poor 
old box can't do more than one thing at a time!

BTW, I've gone back to set 3 keps. They agree exactly with observed AOS/LOS.
