[amsat-bb] Bad KEPS - I'm Sure !

Hi, All,
many people reply to my message with "No possible bad keps".
I'm sure, last keps of ao-40 are incorrect.
Is no possible to check this with satellite at apogee,
or at 46 Elevation ,distance 32,500 kms.
try to check at the perigee , I listen ao-40 for 35 minute after his
footprint outside italy
