Yes. It will do the mode L uplink if you purchase the 23cms module. The
reason I failed to specify this was that I wasn't sure what the old mode L
downlink was (70cm or 13cm). It will RX at the same time on another band
whilst you TX on 23cms.

So mode LU is on the cards. You'll need an RXconverter for mode LS. Oh how I
wish they could have just gone that little bit further and had S band RX.
