TLE #6 for 26609 (day 329.179...) predicted LOS for 19:27, actually
observed just on time (change of elevation at LOS about 1 degree per
minute)
TLE #9 for 26609 (day 335.538...) (today on Celestrak and in Ray Hoad's
keps)
predicted LOS for 18:59. Certainly off by half an hour.
