I do not know, we should check it oftenly. for example, at this
morning it was during MA 15 - 26.
I tried it again this morning. From 20:43z (5:43 Local), I got a
weak S1-EB modulated signal on maybe 2400.578MHz again. After 21:15z
(6:15 Local), it had lost. Maybe it was the time just over MA 26.

Could you use more late-issued elemtnts? or tell me your GL?
I used #16 element set as below on Calsat32 - original Japanese
version tracking software by Masa JR1HUO.
