HTML VS TEXT FILES

I downloaded some keps from arrl and it is in HTML . Kb5mu says for instanta
traack 1..5 to use it it must be in text files. How do you change downlaoded
html files to text files. O bought the new 1.5 it works but I can not load
keps except by hand-----signed RAY
