[amsat-bb] Two Questions

I'm at EM-95.  IT shows the AO-40 with a 128 degree AZ and
128 degree EL. @ 15,700 KM is this about right?  Time is
1900 Z.

Also, how do you update KEPS in WISP manually?  I have no
KEPS to enter from any satellites, and just want to update them
from KEPS I receive from AMSAT.
