[amsat-bb] Wisp and mean anomoly (MA) of AO-40

Hello all,

It seems that Wisp is reporting a completely different MA than what AO-40 
is broadcasting in the telemetry.  Since the S-band transmitters will be 
turned on according to the MA schedule, this is a bit of a concern...

Which programs are people using that correctly display the MA for AO-40?

Is the trouble inherent in the keps, or is Wisp having troubles of its own?
