[amsat-bb] AO-40 Query,

This morning in the 0908-0909 utc time frame I heard an unusual chirp
from the 2m telemetry.

Unfortunately, I wasn't at my desk at the time, but on looking at the
IZ8BLY waterfall display, I saw an instantaneous change of frequency
upwards, before everything returned to normal.

Would this reflect some activity from a local command station?
