11/28/00: Looking for a launch vehicle

The Citizen Explorer satellite project is nearing completion with every day
passed. We are currently looking for a launch date, where we will be the
secondary payload, on preferrably a Delta II launch vehicle. The satellite
has thus far been designed for these specifications. Changes will be made to
the design though depending on launch vehicle.
