[amsat-bb] What about doppler correction

Hi

Now that Nino´s program can feed Stacey program,
what about asking Nino for just a feature to make long unattended
telemetry capture periods possible: Drive Mic Up/Down keys
in accordance with detected central frequency deviation.
I did not had a chance to try the 03 version but want
to give a big THANK YOU NINO for the great work.
