[amsat-bb] Predict & AO-40

I had the same problem.

I found that it is better to go to    http://celestrak.com/

Then click on current satellites, then click on amateur satellites.

These elements work just fine in Nova with no problems.

I don't know what is wrong with the elements posted on the Amsat bb.
