Hi Rip
I guess it depends how severe 'severe' is. I think my restrictions are
fairly severe, but not as bad as some subscribers on the BB - I restricted
myself to something the same size as a moderate TV/FM Radio antenna with a
pair of Arrows.
Picks up AO40 S5 at 2 degree elevation and 40,000km out. S7 under opimum
conditions.
Worked every satellite with 'em. 100% reliably, except AO-10 which I can
work out to 15,000km.
See my pics http://www.btinternet.com/~hlong/ultimate_arrow.htm
Alternatively home built crossed 3x3 and crossed 6x6 for 2 & 70 would
equally well do the trick, see Jerry's [K5OE] page
http://members.aol.com/k5oe/P3D_ant/P3D_yagi.htm .
I'd do the same except as regulars know I'm absolutely useless when it comes
to building antennas.
