[amsat-bb] fade/spin on AO-40?

Did anybody catch AO-40 about 30 mins before LOS in the USA?

The signal was dropping down to nothing, and then increasing--about every 
11 seconds or so.  I'm not able to get any good blocks from the loss of signal.

This is the first time I've heard this...wondered if anyone can confirm?

Is it from the re-orientation and spin?
