[amsat-bb] Windoze Soundblaster Library

I need a Freeware Windows 9X SoundBlaster
Library, source preferred, but I don't care so long
as I can read, write buffers and a clear API exists.
I have searched and nothing that really strikes
me as right for my application without too much
effort (learning or reprogramming).  I am really
looking for something simple that will work with
100% SoundBlaster compatible cards.  My
goodness but Linux is easier than this!
