[amsat-bb] Telemetry Soft Demod

Hi, Nino

This is Hiroto, JI1OWP from JAPAN.
I am using your AO-40 software demodurater. It is running well.
But I have two problems as belows.

(1)Frequency tuning is critical and difficult.
   How do I tune PhaseScope/FrequencyAlignment ?

(2)I check "Log to file" and streamlog.txt file is made.
   But I cannot open that file.

I need your help.
