PDP-11 bootloaders and MIME Multipart

Dear Robert:

Apparently there are two kinds of amateur radio mailing lists:

1) The kind that reject MIME attachments and
2) The kind that emit a stream of email viruses

As the winter holidays crank up, the level of grief on many ham lists of late
has been increasing.

Even text/HTML MIME type has been known to do mischief on Windows machines.
I'd like to see the list continue to be text-only.
