Hi again Robert!
I'm running my PSK-1 successfully off the Packet jack, NOT the data in/out.
For RX only, I would think that the packet pin at 1200bps is the same as the
data in/out output (except the level's maybe different) whether you're in FM
or SSB as it's an audio signal on both.
Similarly I use the Packet jack for 1200BPSK sat, although it's been a while
since I used this mode. You TX on FM and RX in SSB in that mode.
