Phase 3D Telemetry...AO-40

As telemetry seems to indicate that the UHF transmitter and antenna are
activated...and the VHF is not......
And that the Beacon frequency seems to be unintended and unannounced...
Could we be listening to the output prior to the multiplier stage in the
amplifier?
145.900 x 3 = 437.700 Mhz?
Awfully strong signal ... but matches telemetry?
