[amsat-bb] KO-25 recovered!

Hello OM,

This is the command groundstation of KO-25.
The bird was in power safe mode due to overdischarge of it's battery system.
We were testing power consumption of it because of overcharge of it's battery system.
We have only just recovered the bird. 
You can use now the bird.
