[amsat-bb] AO-40 Telemetry D Blocks

Hello,

There are alot of D blocks coming down today.  The A Block message indicates
ALAT/ALON is being determined and that D blocks are memory dumps.

I assume sensor readings are being stored in memory and then dumped via the
D blocks to the command stations so it can be determined how the satellite
is pointed. Very important before doing engine burns 8->.
