[amsat-bb] TM-421

Hi!

I would like to use a TM-421 UHF FM transceiver for satellite use with
birds like SO-35, AO-27, UO-14... But this transceiver only has 25 KHz
steps...

Do you know any modification for reducing this to a smaller one? (5 KHz
would be fine!)
