[amsat-bb] FO-20 problems.

Hallo!
very excited for phase III D i missed something about the other sats.
There is some knowed reason because Fo-20 doesen't on the air?
I heard nothing in this last pass at 1.25 Z pm.
My locator in jm68pd-Sicily-Italy.
Only weak CW on beacon qrg but very very weak.
It's all ok?
