[amsat-bb] k0-25 signal outage

 i have not been able either to get a signal from ko-25
for the last few passes.
 i just confirmed the nov 18, 1920 hrs pst pass and not a 
peep out of it.
 anyone know whats up. ko-23 is also still down. (this is
not good)
