NORAD / Space Command Cataloged AO-40 as #26609 and International Designator
00072B with following as their first set of Keplerian elements:
AO-40 / OSCAR 40
1 26609U 00072B 00323.28483356 -.00000534 00000-0 00000-0 0 16
2 26609 6.4381 246.5653 7343684 177.6306 190.7516 2.03423689 43
I have made the following adjustment to the preliminary Keps based on
reports from tracking sites. This differs from the Space Command elements
most significantly in mean motion. I would appreciate any feedback in
AOS/LOS prediction quality between the Space Command elements and the
adjusted Keps listed below:
AO-40 / OSCAR 40
1 26609U 00072B 00321.07636550 .00000001 00000-0 12589-4 0 25
2 26609 6.5034 247.6325 7354802 175.8976 13.4217 2.02870994 14
