AO-40 "Tweaked" Orbital Estimate



NORAD / Space Command Cataloged AO-40 as #26609 and International Designator
00072B with following as their first set of Keplerian elements:

I have made the following adjustment to the preliminary Keps based on
reports from tracking sites.  This differs from the Space Command elements
most significantly in mean motion.  I would appreciate any feedback in
AOS/LOS prediction quality between the Space Command elements and the
adjusted Keps listed below:
