[amsat-bb] Rs-12/13 Beacons

On the 1815 pass this morning I copied 3 beacons:
145.863, announcing itself as RS-12 (isn't this really RS-13?)
29.408, announcing itself as RS-12 (good old friend, that one... glad to hear 
it)
145.910, announcing itself as RS-12

The only downlink that appears to be working is 145.860 - 145.900, but I am 
not sure of the uplink.  I think it is still in the 21.260 - 21.300 MHz 
range, but could not verify it this morning.  I heard no N.A. traffic.  
Expect Sunday''s passes to be bad as this weekend is the ARRL phone 
sweepstakes.
