[amsat-bb] AO-40 Strong Signal over Malaysia

Congratulations to everyone involved in making P3D possible.

I have received strong telemetry signal from OSCAR-40 over Malaysia,
S9+ with preamp on, and copy the telemetry by using G3RUH 400 baud
demodulator during 17th Nov 0400 to 0430 UTC. 
  
Az=190 and El=82 deg.  Freq 145.897 Mhz USB.
