Well, I'm not sure what it exactly means, I was asking myself the same
question earlier.
The TLM spec (see AMSAT-DL site), shows Channel 123 as:
Power V - Tx Volts 36 Use Raw
I don't know what Volts 36 means (I assume 36th Channel that measures
Volts), or if "Use Raw" means it is just a number, or if it is calibrated.
Anyone know?

A question, I am lookng at some recent ao40 telemetry with P3T, and the
graph of the 'POWER V - TX ' as about 125 watts.(average)
I am right in thinking that this the power input to the 2m beacon
transmitter.
