Re: DOS programs for decoding P3D telemetry

Please give the command line parameters for this. I can run pskdec.exe and
it picks up the p3d.wav file, but when I tlmdec.exe, all I get is:
----OE1KIB, OE1VKW, -F1HDD --------(c) AMSAT-F 2000-------
That's all I get... Any suggestions?
