[amsat-bb] Oscar 40 telemetry

O40 is usable here at MA 160 with a two element homebrew collinear J-pole.

Tons of telemetry using P3T.

I have a suggestion...how about one of you computer gurus writing a program to
decode and print all the neat telemetry I've saved as files?

P3T does have a neat screen presentations for all data, but a print out with
a menu selection would be great..

Again, permit me, this is a BLAST!!!
