RE: [amsat-bb] DOS programs for decoding P3D telemetry

Fantastic job on the DOS version!  I can't wait to see the windows 
version.  Here's a tip for those who may be trying to get this to 
run.  When you record AO-40 with your sound card make sure you use the 
following settings:

8000 Hz
mono
8 bit sampling

This is clearly spelled out in the directions that come with the program, 
but since the directions are in French, it may be easy for many people to 
overlook this.  If you use the defaults on your sound card it will almost 
certainly not work.
