[amsat-bb] AO-40/DSP-2232/P3T

	AO-40 tlm  using the DSP-2232 with P3T is looking good. However
I also can confirm other reports regarding P3T's Baud Rate not working
at 19200bps. It seams to work from 1200 to 9600 just fine. When I
looked at the DSP-2232 out put with Hyper Term both set to 19200bps
I do see the data from the 2232.
