[amsat-bb] NORAD Keps for AO-40 Best Guess

Hi,

Of those keps posted by NORAD so far, ... (only 2 sets to date), ... my best
guess is that the following set best matches Ken's AO-40 pre-launch keps.

AO-40

2 26608   6.4392 247.5623 7353411 176.2290 196.8447  2.01700940    00 

This is not gospel, but does fit with what I've observed on air.
