[amsat-bb] Phase 3d Telemetry

What nifty hardware / software combination do I need to see the telemetry 
stream from P3D (or anything else for that matter)?

I have ample computing power, and am able to receive transmissions, I'm 
just missing the 'faq' or 'primmer.' If someone could please point me in 
the right direction, I'd appreciate it.
