[amsat-bb] AMSAT.ORG overload

Many messages to AMSAT-BB (and to majordomo and other lists on amsat.org) 
have been dropped in the last few days, due to the unprecedented load 
caused by the AO-40 launch. This has caused an overload on the AMSAT.ORG 
system, which is overdue for a hardware upgrade (coming soon!).

Please be patient. If you don't see your message come back within a few 
HOURS, and if it was important, please send it again. The system will 
recover faster if you hold off on sending unimportant messages until the 
rush has died down a bit.

Sorry for the inconvenience, and congratulations to all involved on the 
successful launch of AO-40!
