[amsat-bb] P3D from Vermont

Howdy all,

Man is P3D loud!! It's 1736 UTC, P3D is ~39,000km out. Signals here are S9 
+10 on 145.898! LHCP seems to be better than RHCP. No detectable QSB.

Now to start decoding telemetry with my Motorola DSP56002 EVM-RI.

Ken, N2WWD's keps seem to be right on from here. Tracking shows ~ 198 AZ and 
35 EL, I peak at 196 AZ and 33 EL. Close enough.......
