[amsat-bb] P3D telemetry

For some reason the notes I posted several hours ago from home never came
through the E-Mail list.

Short version is that I copied the P3D telemetry about 45 minutes later than
projected here in the Los Angeles area on 145.898.  Signal was quite strong.
I recorded a 45 second segment and have posted it to my web site in a rather
highly compressed .mp3 format at:
